IN AN unusual twist to the sudden closure of the School of Applied Studies (SAS) last October, one of the directors of the defunct school is now being accused of adulterating the contents of a brand of whisky.

SAS, a private school, closed down suddenly because of financial difficulties, leaving about 300 students stranded.
