Difference between a developed country and non-developed country

many times this happens to me....excluding genuine human errors cases...

while in western developed country, everytime, i didn't get my full change, i walk away, they called me back to return my change...even though i am a foreigner!!

while in SGP, people purposely give me the wrong change...by shortchanging me...it's sad how they treat another fellow countrymen.

i am just a salary man, how come they think i am million dollar man?

is this the difference between a developed society and a non-developed society?

does this happen to you too? why haven't we evolved?

Some developed countries have 3rd world mentality. They charge TV LICENCE FEE for crappy programmes. Some 2nd class country. eg Msia have abolished TV LICENCE citing UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
The classic example is a developed country (no need to name them) pays their ministers MILLIONS in wages citing that if theyre underpaid, corruption will prevail!!!!!! Some developed countries' citizens are so proud to serve their country with a nominal pay but some are in it for the money.

yeah hor..... there lots of good but boring programme to watch in Malaysia while here is full of propanganda...... very little case of corruption there too where mini ster are paid peanut....... agree ?
