Some of the seats were in such poor condition that there was hardly any cushioning and one had to cope with bites from bugs or other creepy crawlies.
After the movie, we headed towards one of the exits and saw seven or eight bags of rubbish lying about, and urine trickling down the staircase.
From our experience, this staircase always stinks. The toilets are always wet and they smell. The entrance to the cineplex is almost half-blocked by a cosmetics shop.
The authorities should take action to solve the problems.

Cinema operators learned from our Garment lah.

First they raise ticket prices citing the need to give better services. But once they collect the money, they "bo hew".

Our Garment also like that that what. Public transport raise prices like crazy until SMRT also report record profits. But buses are dirty, aircon dont work, and have COCKROACHES.

Complain for what? Want to complain and take action must start with Garment.

Thats not the worst on weekends they show those ah neh shows and so many of those FT ah nehs choke up the whole area that they make the whole neighbourhood stink too.

why waste the money? download and watched cheap cheap no cost involved except broadband fee...i say anyone with internet access should do the same.....the emergence of the video tape nearly killed off cinema operators but it seems that they have yet to truly learned their lesson...
