How many times must PAP repeat the term Foreign TALENT before people get it -so talent means give privilege like can apply HDB without serving NS, generous scholarships and easy access to govt jobs.
Locals =can carry cardboards for exercise for one thing. When I take MRT very often I think I'm in Manila as these Pinoys talk like they own the place, and so are the PRC's dominating the playgrounds and Indian FT's the public pools and many condos.
