Cross-dressing pervert jailed for flashing

SINGAPORE: A pervert was sentenced to four weeks jail on Friday for masturbating publicly in ladies underwear and flashing at his neighbours in the Ang Mo Kio vicinity.
Forty-five-year-old Hui Sai Mun pleaded guilty on Friday to one count of causing annoyance with his obscene act, and another count of insulting the modesty of his victim.
The court heard that he was intoxicated at the time of the offences, which occurred within a three-week period between October 12 and November 3 this year.
On October 12 at 2.15pm, Hui's neighbor, who lived two units away, spotted Hui at the corridor on the sixth floor of Block 647 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6.
Hui, who was wearing only a black lacy ladies singlet and black panties, was masturbating and smiling at the 48-year-old woman.
About two hours later, the victim called her friend, a 53-year-old woman, to inform her about the incident.
The 53-year-old woman then went over to the victim's unit to provide assistance.
Hui, who spotted her from inside his home, then sat down at the entrance where he again exposed himself and started masturbating.
A few weeks later on November 3, Hui moved his obscene act to a void deck within the vicinity.
He was lying on a bench wearing only a black bra and panties that were cut in a way to expose his nipples and groin area.
Hui remained emotionless during sentencing.
