In 2010, a doctor of geriatric medicine at Changi General Hospital, dressed up like a schoolgirl and exposed himself to a university student in Clementi.
On Tuesday, Ivan Ngeow Ko Yen, 37, pleaded guilty to insulting her modesty and District Judge Francis Remedios called for a pre-sentence report to gauge his suitability for probation.
The doctor is out on $10,000 bail and the next hearing has been fixed for April 24.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Ramu Miyapan told the court that the undergrad, then 19 years old and studying at the National University of Singapore, had alighted from a bus at 9pm on Aug 2010.
