Do you have encounters of Civil Servants who withhold information from the public?

I think withholding information is also another form of lying.

Like when you see the catalogue of a HDB flat prospectus, you hardly see surrounding buildings around the flat you are interested in.

They give you the false impression that your place has alot of free space? But if you go to Google Maps, bloody hell all the surrounding buildings appeared.

Can we sue HDB for leaving out some facts?

at least the bulding outline mah..it gives us an idea if there are surrounding buildings blocking my flats mah...
