CPIB officer rapped for delay

THE CHIEF Justice rapped an anti-corruption officer for taking too long before letting a court know monies had been seized from a Mr Ung Yoke Hooi.
The case concerned some $485,000 seized from his three accounts from Nov 2006.

These monies were part of some $800,000 in five accounts that Mr Ung had difficulty in accessing since the saga began in 2006.
