Just like Singaporeans' CPF $$$ this Taiwanese peasant buried his valuable and gold bars below his bathroom floor. Which in the last 25 years he dug several times and could not find because his treasure sank deeper and deeper each year until it is about a meter below where he originally buried.

In the end how the farmer found his treasure? His home DEMOLISHED! He paid the digger drivers who demolished his house Ang Pao @$NT2K to use the digger to dig his bath room floor. It was found in a location below the bath room but more than a meter deeper. They worked out that the stuff sank about 5cm each year.
Isn't it just like our CPF? from original age 55 to increase towards 100 and increased after each GE?

年近7旬的台南市仁德太子里方姓退休老農，25年前在祖厝掩埋許多金條、金鍊與金飾，事後幾次開挖卻遲不見蹤影，月前房子要拆除，請怪手搜索深掘，竟在當初標示埋金的原址，往下1米多的深處找到，讓這批躲了4分之1世紀的寶藏重見天日。
太子里這齣「黃金傳奇」，事隔1個多月，因過程戲劇性，成當地的趣談。方妻指稱，當初掩埋時只有淺挖，怪手在往下1米多的深處找到，不到2台斤重的黃金，在地下沙土裡，平均每年「下沉」5公分，但房子沒有下陷位移，想不到，「埋在地下還能增值」。
最近金價看漲，這批黃金當時市值約20多萬元，目前市價150萬元，行情翻漲約6倍，方家人學乖了，這次將黃金存放銀行保險櫃。
方妻說，為怕遭小偷，75年時，老公用積蓄買了3條5兩重的金塊，加上她的嫁妝金飾，及小兒子周歲金鍊一起放入寶特瓶封存，掩埋在祖厝浴室水泥地下，擔心事後難找，不敢深挖，標示明顯記號，就差沒畫出藏寶圖。
今年9月下旬，方家祖厝產權轉移給建商，老農僱請3個工人拆除地上物，要求以怪手再次開挖，深掘1米多後，竟找到覆滿泥沙的寶特瓶，金條、金飾、金鍊完好如初。街坊鄰居圍觀見證黃金出土，尋寶有功的3個工人，各獲2千元紅包。
