I bought two items there recently and they were delivered to the wrong address. To add to the frustration, customers cannot find any form of recourse. No one picks up the phone at the customer service hotline, no one responds to my e-mail messages, and no one at the shop wants to help. Instead, they say: 'I did not key in the delivery information, so go find the salesman who sold you the product Changi Expo.'
I just want to let Courts know that with this kind of service, it will lose a lot of customers. Wong Wai Kuen
