<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"--><!-- more than 4 paragraphs -->WITH the growing economic uncertainty, one would think that shops would go all out to woo customers with good prices and good service. This is not the case if you shop at Courts.
I bought two items there recently and they were delivered to the wrong address. To add to the frustration, customers cannot find any form of recourse. No one picks up the phone at the customer service hotline, no one responds to my e-mail messages, and no one at the shop wants to help. Instead, they say: 'I did not key in the delivery information, so go find the salesman who sold you the product Changi Expo.'
I just want to let Courts know that with this kind of service, it will lose a lot of customers. Wong Wai Kuen

I wonder why people shop at courts. The service there is horrendous. I've walked in a few times with something to buy and walked out without buying anything.

Maybe the price is cheaper?

You sure it's cheaper?

I once bought a product from LG's Tromm range from Mustaffa at half the price advertised at both Courts and Harvy Norman.

Yeah, the latter had extended warranty, vouchers ect. But then again, are the extended warranty and vouchers worth that much?

I am not surprise the buyer is an idiot... did not put in contact number in addition to delivery address... typical sinkee who think everybody should know who they are...
