degree or masters they dont give pay rise
in fact they cant even judge your ability accurately 9/10 times
interview for job 1st rd do some nonsense quiz, 2nd rd talk nonsense with hiring officer (9/10 times is not even good or near competent at ur role), do nonsense assignment...whats the point when u have exp and good relevant degree (do what IQ quiz when u can just show all ur results)? that's how bad they are with assessing ANYTHING...
