KLANG: The spa inside a hotel here offered more than just a relaxing massage. Built inside the spa are several secret rooms accessible only through a hidden passage.
The federal anti-vice and gaming division discovered some nude women with men in these secret rooms during a raid on Tuesday night.
Twenty-three foreign women and three locals were arrested for involvement in prostitution. The foreign women are believed to comprise 17 Indonesians, four Chinese nationals and two Vietnamese.

Klang district police chief Asst Comm Mohamad Mat Yusop said 15 customers were also arrested and later released after their statements were recorded.
The spa outlet had been busted at least three times since last year.
Police also seized cash bills, workers' duty records as well as 16 condoms from the outlet.
Investigations showed that the customers were charged between RM140 and RM180 for the ?services?, said ACP Mohamad at a press conference here yesterday.
He said all the women, aged between 18 and 40, and 10 workers had been remanded for further investigations under the Immigration Act and Section 373 of the Penal Code for the suppression of brothels.
He added that some of the foreign women failed to produce valid travel documents while some others did not have work permits.
