Conversion Programmes Reserved for PeeRs?

The programmes are open to both Singapore citizens and permanent residents (PRs). Could WDA publish statistics of the percentage of Singapore citizens and PRs who are accepted into the programmes?

They shud release figures of people who are still unemployed after going for those programmes.
