- In regards to the UN Vehicles at Reynolds Air park in FL; as of this time the vehicles are confirmed to be removed. We have visual/ Video confirmation as well as updated SAT Images. However it looks as if this air park serves as a shipping front for a CIA “Black Bag” front with ties to the CIA and DHS. Pegasus Technologies, INC.

Analysis indicates Pegasus is the contractor for the deployment of thses vehicles.Operating out of Reynolds Airpark in Green Cove Springs, Florida, FAA airport identifier FL60.
An analysis of thousands of flight records, aircraft registrations and corporate documents, as well as interviews
with former C.I.A. officers and pilots, show that the agency owns at least 26 planes, 10 of them purchased since 2001.
The agency has concealed its ownership behind a web of seven shell corporations that appear to have no employees
and no function apart from owning the aircraft.
The planes, regularly supplemented by private charters, are operated by real companies controlled by or tied to the agency,
including Aero Contractors and two Florida companies, Pegasus Technologies and Tepper Aviation.
The Pegasus Program – exchange system designed by and for local law enforcement and other first responders utilizing COTS technology operating with US Department of Justice approved NIST standards by the Pegasus Research Foundation, Inc.
The Recognized Law Enforcement and Homeland Security Need: Analysis of the Nation’s law enforcement and Homeland Security needs since the events of 9/11 and the 2005 hurricanes reveals that nationwide information exchange capabilities for local law enforcement and other essential front-line responders is a critical need. This need is being met, with Federal support, through the Pegasus Program and the leadership of local law enforcement and front-line responders. Recognizing the need for a multi-state information exchange system to link local law enforcement and first responder databases nationwide, Congress approved funding for the Pegasus Program in FY 2002 and FY 2003 for a demonstration and preliminary implementation, and in FY 2005 to maintain and enhance the implementation.
Pegasus Technology Consortium Awarded $3M to Expand First Responder Connectivity Capabilities for the National Sheriffs’ Association Pegasus Program Technology team to build out information sharing network to support local law enforcement LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ –
The National Sheriffs’ Association (NSA) and the Pegasus Research Foundation (PRF) have recently awarded a $3.0 million dollar contract to Maximum Information Technology (MaxIT) and its Pegasus Technology Consortium (PTC) to expand the NSA Pegasus Program for Multi-State Information Sharing. The PTC, consisting of MaxIT, Appriss Inc., Bio-Key International, Inc., Business Communications Inc., Circadence Corporation, Cquay Technologies, Dell, eLabs Inc., MS e-Center and Sun Microsystems, will build upon the success of its NSA Pegasus Program Pilot System, which covered four offices, with a broader roll-out of the information sharing network to 220 Sheriffs’ Offices throughout the United States. In addition, 500 additional Sheriffs’ Offices will contribute data to the network. The primary objective of the project is to demonstrate the power of information sharing, to strengthen operational and homeland security public safety, address critical data interoperability issues for Sheriffs, law enforcement and first-responders and to support local law enforcement database sharing. To meet these objectives, the PTC will enable information sharing among the diverse records and database software used by the offices so that authorized users in the program can automatically access local public records, for increased efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations and for enhanced homeland security in preparing for and responding to the terrorist threat. Technologies provided by the PTC will enable critical continuity of operations capabilities and network survivability, ensuring connectivity between offices despite network condition. Access to the network will be strictly limited to authorized individuals by utilizing state-of-the-art biometric authentication technologies. According to Sheriff Tommy Ferrell of Adams County, MS, Chairman of the NSA Pegasus Advisory Board and Immediate Past President of the NSA, “Working with the PTC team in the pilot program has given us the confidence to know that the team will provide the NSA with a nationwide, trusted, reliable, high-speed Internet link between databases. It is this link that will help support the Nation’s Sheriffs in their day-to-day operational work and in their homeland security duties working with first responders.” The NSA is a nonprofit organization representing the Nation’s approximately 3,100 Sheriffs.
