After watching the entire video, the 3rd party tech wasn't a scammer, and the YouTuber says the tech is a genuinely nice guy. The fault is probably Amazon's. They listed $x as the cost, but the technician charged $3x (in what he honestly feels is a fair price, considering Amazon's cut). Naturally both Amazon and the Tech would blame each other for the miscom, but it's the customer that suffers.
