The commies from the mainland are heartless bunch. For example, it took the Japs 16 years to kill 20 million chinese but the commies under Butcher Mao killed around 20 million peasants during the silly Great Leap Forward.

The present commie regime is autocratic and the country does not follow the rule of law. It is a unstable country where the newly rich prey on the poor and corruption is rife at all levels of the commies' apparatus.

Therefore given the natural predatory nature of commies, it is inevitable one of their kind will take to robbing old peasants for monies.
