It reminds of story of 10 electricians are needed to change just 1 light bulb because they keep pushing job to one another.

There are so many, 'electricians' in the Prime Minister's Officer's, they sit around so long, doing almost not much work; that they do not even know, what a light bulb look like. There is one, in the PMO, without a 'halo' (oops, portfolio); that the name had been changed to Lim Chin Heng ( lim , very lucky)...

The 'bad hairdo, limp should show by example by, one person doing three persons job, with one person's salary, and should stop looking at his Central Provident Fund statement, which he strangely receives, more often that us, lesser mortals.
