Clearly the hajj is an emotional time for many. And many do not follow the prophet's example. Doing all that is basically what is termed 'bida'ah'. Or innovating and changing the practises from what the prophet taught. Instead of doing it in peace and be 'redha' or 'accepting of what ever Allah has given you', if you don't get to kiss it, some will jostle, struggle, fight and even get angry. All of which are against what is taught as good for them.
