Hurray! CNY is here again.
1. More long queues to buy bak kwa, when on a normal day, the people running the stalls would call out to you to buy.
2. More questions about when you are getting married or when you are having your first child or how when your child is getting married. Perhaps this time, someone would answer back: "I'll be getting married when you finally divorce that cheating husband of yours."
3. More new clothes, more new furniture, more people queuing to buy lottery thinking that this is their year, etc etc. Did they ever consider that they still have the same old screwed up characters?
4. More reunions and family gatherings. Try to be so "united and friendly" when your family members and relatives are in trouble and need your help. Don't be a bloody hypocrite and pretend to be united only during CNY.
