As usual, she is ahead of time, stabbing Singapore opposition before they could even make noise of pappy poor ruling. She stated, with pictures showing a pair of scissor dripping with blood signifying the hand of opposition taking advantage of the financial tsunami, that opposition is bound to criticise the govt for not doing enough in this crisis. In fact nothing is new, bloggers and forumners have been screaming about it. Why is she surprised? I can only think that she has deep hatred of the oppositions and at the same time screaming for pappy attention.
She seems to be able to predict our tame opposition well, how they will react to next month budget speech. As such, she decided to make the kill first, before opposition start hammering the pap. Obviously, she has probably been instructed to 先发制人, tarnish the opposition image and let readers give some credit for the pap. This is called the highest political assault (以小人之心) of its kind.
