Disability pretended by FAKE WHEELCHAIR USER to pay only HK$2 (Pee Sai SGD 40￠) for bus fare, unlimited distance. People so poor in HK must save bus fare this way! This guy frequently do this stunt, and some Netizen deliberately film and expose him.
