It was just two days before what should have been the happiest day of his life.

The young man was about to marry his fiancee, who was seven months pregnant with his child.

The wedding invitations had been sent out and over 100 guests were expected.

But at the last minute, his fiancee's family wanted a dowry of $300.

With two days to go before the big day, Borhan Mohamed Ali, 23, a cleaner, became desperate.

So desperate that he tried to rob a passer-by with a knife. He failed, but barely an hour later, he got into a taxi and robbed the cabby with the same knife.

Borhan was arrested in the area minutes later.

Last Wednesday, he was jailed 31/2 years and given 12 strokes of the cane after pleading guilty to one count of robbery.

He had options.
He had the option not to get his girlfriend pregnant.
He had the option not to get married and spend money on a wedding and a dowry.
Even if he decided he had to, he had the option to work, borrow, beg, or even rob someone who could afford to give him some money.
But this snivelling cowardly result of bad upbringing decided to rob 2 people who could be even poorer than he was.

1) The result of dumb fuck not using condom or birth control when want to play married couple before getting married. In other words, shot-gun marriage.

2) Only $300, doesn't he has any friends, relatives, buddies that can lend him this amount? Need to do the stupid thing of robbing?

3) Or is he trying to avoid this marriage by getting himself lock up in jail? Whichever the case, he is one stupid fuck.

They will tell you that, they do not use Birth Control, for their god blesses them & after 4 kids....the wife went for tubal ligation & flesh on flesh is Shiok!...

Friends, 'romans' & countrymen...must have scrambled when this guy approaches...must have ran out of excuses to borrow money...

Don't think jail was an option...but fark & be irresponsible is the norm....:p
