Goa, India

The previous Portuguese colony's monsoon seasons brings lots of rain to the city between June and August. That said, Goa enjoys warm weather all year round (though the humidity varies).
If hefty rain is not for you, plan a month outside monsoon season and visit the coastal city.

all these boliao travel and weather threads are written by pretentious angmohs who live in cold climate cuntries and long to enjoy warmth and sun in warm sunny seaside cities. sextremely skewed. in ecuador, best weather is from quito to cuenca - over 6.9k feet up in the andes along valleys among volcano peaks of over 13.69k feet, enjoying great weather at 69-degree f year round with some mist, fog, and light rain from floating clouds in the wet season. 69% of the time it’s sunshine.

4C in early October is unseasonably cool, but I continue to wear polo shirt and shorts to walk to the gym, until it snows.
17C is comfortable especially when it is sunny.

Yes, it is better to wear shorts than to wear nothing. :roflmao:

Mexico's capital reportedly enjoys an average yearly temperature of 16.25ºC (61.25ºF), which is mild and pleasant.
