Chip Goodyear is a really really smart ass.

He knows that there are many hidden and unknown accounts of Temasick and he wanted to have a clean and fresh account when he is going to take over.

But he found that the black hole that was created by Ho Ching was too big to fill it up and he knows jelly well that if he gonna take over, when shit happens, he is going to swallow the whole shit up that was left over by Ho Ching.

So he washed his hands clean over Temasick and tell LKY and his PAPpies gang that he is not gonna play along with them anymore.

No choice Ho Ching gonna take over her shit job and shit some more on it.

Chip Goodyear is gonna have more good years ahead for himself to enjoy his retirement and not gonna die without knowing the reasons why if he took over the shit job left behind by Ho Ching.
