2012 June 9, a group of 50 people departed from Xinglong Village for a 10-day trip to Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. According to the Xiashan District “Discipline Inspection and Supervision Real Name Complaint Report Feedback Form” Huang Baochun provided to this reporter, Huang Kangsheng leading a group to travel abroad and groping the breasts of transsexuals while traveling in Thailand are both true. The district discipline inspection commission carried out criticism and education against him, and required him to write a self-criticism. At the same time, the district discipline inspection commission requested that the complaint be closed.
