Previously in 80's and 90's Motorola & Bill Gates tried and failed this. It was the Iridium system and Teledesic constellations. Iridium was by Motorola with 80+ satellites and went BANKRUPTED more than once and was taken over and over, and many rounds of ambitious revamps went to waste. Teledesic will by Bill Gates and claiming to be Internet In The Sky with 840 satellites, and died with just only 1 or 2 satellite prototypes. This are Chow Ang Moh & Jews for you!
Now it is Chinese. And there will be hundreds or thousands of Huawei Satellites in the sky.
