Chinese students wounded in another serious school attack

Nine students living in a dormitory have been wounded in China.
One boy had his hand cut off in the latest serious violence in a Chinese school.
The China News Service said the pre-dawn attack took place in Haikou, the capital of southern Hainan province.
The children, in their teens, were hurt when a number of men burst into a dormitory and slashed the students.
While eight were wounded slightly, the boy who had his hand cut off is in a serious condition.
Younger children have recently targeted in a string of attacks at schools across China.
Last week an attacker with a cleaver hacked to death seven children and two adults at a kindergarten in northwest China.
