杀了杨医生后，凶手一家又干了一件令人发指的事！必须曝光！！

北京民航总医院杨医生被杀事件，相信大家都知道了，但大家也许意想不到，人性居然能恶心到这般地步！

12月24日，北京民航总医院急诊科的杨文大夫，遭到病人家属的持刀袭击，经过一天的抢救，不幸死亡。

行凶者已被逮捕，罪名是涉嫌故意杀人罪。这件事不是简单的“医闹”，是残忍的杀人。

让我们还原下事件经过。事情的原委是这样的。凶手的母亲今年已经95岁了，脑梗塞后遗症，长期卧床，生活不能自理，12月4日被送到民航总医院急诊室，倒霉的杨文医生接诊的。

在这样的紧张关系下，老太太在急诊科治疗了二十多天，一直高烧未退，期间孙文斌找杨医生吵过多次。

最后一次，悲剧发生了。看这个视频，杨文医生戴着口罩正在忙碌，一名男子站在后边，两人似乎还交流了一会。

突然之间，身后的男子拿出一把藏在身上的20多厘米的刀，像拉锯一样锯杨医生的脖子，杨大夫的脖子几乎被割断，连颈椎骨都断了。

医院立即进行了紧急抢救，但是由于伤情过重，十几个小时之后，杨文医生还是在25日的凌晨0:50分与世长辞。

最可怜的，就在她被害的当天，她正在留学的儿子刚好从国外回来，一家人正准备团聚，结果儿子到的时候，母子已经阴阳两分了……

这是一名多好的医生啊，却如此断送在凶手的刀下！

最可恶的事，杨医生被杀事件发生后，从网友的爆料来看，凶手这边的家属，似乎丝毫没有任何的悔意和歉意，表现出了令人震惊的冷静和无耻，就像什么事也没发生一样。

当天下午，杨文医生还在抢救室进行最后的抢救，老太太一家五六个家属，围着值班大夫，问什么时候可以让他们家老太太住院，说急救科太贵了，已经欠费了……

出事的第二天，老太太的其他儿子，不但不过问已经被他们弟弟杀害的杨文大夫，竟然还在对医生嚷嚷，说老太太怎么越治越差了。（不让抽血、不让CT）。

这家人有多嚣张？杨文医生被害之后，病人家属傲骄地催促医护：“知道我是谁吗？我是8床的家属”，“我兄弟被抓起来了，我还有三个哥哥！”

如果这一切已经够恶劣的话，那么，下面这件事，更是挑战了人性的底线：杀了杨医生后，凶手一家又去骚扰她70岁的母亲。

是的，他们居然厚颜无耻地跑去骚扰，一位刚刚经历白发人送黑发人的老人家，就为了逼着她签署谅解书，使得法院能轻判。

想想吧，到底是有多灭绝人性，才能把做出这样的事，这世界上最残忍、最血腥、最让人心寒的事情，也不过如此了。

还要为这样的人渣辩护吗？

对不起，宽恕这样的人渣，是上帝才能做的事情，我们要做的，就是送这样人渣上法庭、见上帝。

在疾病面前，医生和病人之间，本质上不是甲方乙方， 而是协同作战的联盟。

但是，今天医学给人们的帮助更大了，病人对待医生的方式却前所未有的苛刻，甚至残酷了。

据中国医院协会的一项调查，我国每所医院平均每年发生的暴力伤医事件高达27次，2018年，持续严惩暴力伤医、聚众扰医等犯罪，起诉3202人。而这些还仅仅是被发现的，没被媒体揭露的伤医事件相信会有更多。

这些伤害医生的人，他们以为医生理所当然地能治好他们的病，以为医生是神而不是人，他们却不知道，医生同他们一样，是一群普普通通的工作者，他们同样面对一个不确定的世界，同样有会累、会累，同样有家人朋友、七情六欲。

很多人都不了解医生，其实这才是大部分医生护士的真实生活……

这是一张医学院学生宿舍的照片，5年本科、3年硕士、3年博士=11年，规范化培训、主治考试、论文写作和基金申请=3年，他们接受的训练，比其他专业的学生，要严苛得多。

一个合格医生的养成，要耗费年轻人至少14年的光阴，才略有小成，可以独立接诊患者。

14年下来，一个主治医生才算初步培养完成，当年学医的年轻人，已经熬到了36岁。

这些医生，是专家，是人才，而不是服务员。

这是一张医院医生护士，辛苦的日常。跨年夜，别人都在想如何欢庆，她们忙到凌晨，一名护士小姑娘利用两台手术的短暂间隔时间，坐着睡着了。

做一台手术，经常一站就是十几个小时，抢救一个病人，不说付出的心血，广医生背后流下的汗水，就打湿了全身。

连续几十个小时的工作，其实这是很多医生工作的真实写照，你以为他这样加班就有很多加班费吗？

当我们在医院里就诊时，看到一个主任医师，挂号费也就是几十元。

多少大夫这样忙碌了十多年，却连房贷都还不完。

他们经常还要面对生命危险。

这是一张最让国人感恩的照片，非典战役中一共牺牲了33名医护人员，把中国从一场瘟疫中挽救回来。

很多人以为他们是无所不能的神，可以把任何人，从死神手里救回来。

其实，这是夸大了现代医学的作用，世界上的疾病有千万种，能被医生完全治愈的却屈指可数，医生只是压制病情，辅助病人自愈而已。

医生治不好的病，不仅有，而且太多了，有时候，他们全心全力，但是，仍然就不活他们手下的病人。

虽然看过了那么多的生离死别，多少次，他们仍然会病人的离去，留下悲痛的泪水。

很多人一开口，就咒骂中国的医生、中国的医院，其实他们不知道，中国的公立医院，是世界上效率最高、性价比最高的医疗服务。

美国医疗系统效率高，但贵的吓人。

在美国，初级保健医生平均每年收入为223,000美元，专家平均每年329,000美元，远超其他行业，想想他们的收费吧。

英国则是另一种类型，价格便宜，但是效率低得要命。

比如，做一个超声需要提前1月预约、做个CT至少提前半年挂号、一个阑尾手术可能等待1年才做。

有些病人旷日持久地等，最后不堪病痛，自杀了。

印度的公立医院，更是形同虚设，不整洁的病房、肮脏的医院走廊、恶臭的厕所......只有近乎一贫如洗的穷人才会选择免费医疗。

落后的设备、缺医少药等问题在印度的公立医院比比皆是，即便是在印度首都的高等级医院，药房库存也捉襟见肘，小小的窗口前经常挤满手持处方“碰运气”的病人。

这样的例子，我就不用再举了，相信有国外经历的人都有体会。对比一下，我们就知道什么叫看病贵、看病难。

中国的医疗体系，就是广覆盖、低保障，对普通群众非常友好，医生的收入被压制了下来，普通群众能以那么低的价格，让一群985博士生为你服务，纯粹是因为这群医生的默默牺牲。

不是媒体曝光一次红包事件，就表示所有的医生每天有收不完的红包，好吗？

人世间最大的恶，莫过于对善良吹毛求疵。

请对医生多一些宽容、理解和信任！

今天，我们对医生的每一份冷漠，最终都会报应到自己身上！

根据《医学界》在2014年的调查，69.5%的住院医生表示后悔学医；75.1%的主治医师后悔学医，不愿意让子女学医者达78%之多。

在美国，医学专业，和律师、科技精英、商科专业一样，备受年轻人的追捧，优秀的学生对医学专业趋之若鹜。

在我们中国呢？优秀的学生们在集体逃离医学专业，愿意报考医学专业的年轻人越来越少，知名大学的招考分数，一降再降！

我们可以设想下，如果医生们面临的社会和工作环境，依然如此恶劣，那么逐层传导下去，年轻人闻之色变，到时候，还有谁，愿意当医生，还有谁，愿意为你看病？

我们可以设想下，如果我们不为医生说话，不从法律的层面去加大任何伤医、杀医的刑罚力度，终究有一天，不会有人接过白大衣，不会有人拿起听诊器，不会有人拿起手术刀。

今天，有一些网友，一看到杀医的新闻，就跳出来说该杀，或者假心假意的说“先不要站队”、“背后必有隐情”、“让子弹飞一会”，这种心态简直太可怕了，也简直是太愚蠢了！

如果这种心态不改变，最后吃亏的，必然是我们这些普通人：富人可以到国外去治病，可以到私立医院去治病，而咱们，更多只能依靠公立医院这些被你们骂到狗血喷头的医生们！

为众人抱火者，

不可使其冻毙于风雪，

为世界开路者，

不可使其困顿于荆棘。

我们可以卑微如蝼蚁，

绝不可扭曲如蛆虫！

  12月24日6时许，北京市朝阳区民航总医院发生一起患者家属伤医事件，该院急诊科副主任医师杨文在正常诊疗中，遭到一位患者家属的恶性伤害，致颈部严重损伤。目前，犯罪嫌疑人已被批捕。

  今天在北京民航总医院急诊科，记者见到一位不愿透露姓名的值班医生，他说事发当天他就在现场，并向记者讲述了整个事件的经过。

  患者家属曾拒绝一切检查，多次与医生吵闹
  患者是95岁老年女性，12月4日入院的时候，患者脑梗塞后遗症，纳差、意识不清。当时是杨文医生首诊的，家属签字拒绝一切检查，仅要求输点液，但是输液后病情无改善好转。医生一直说服家属让患者接受检查，但家属多次拒绝。医生和家属交代病情，家属无法接受疾病，不接受死亡的可能性。每天都会因为一点点的病情变化和怀疑医生用药而吵闹。
  12月24日早上六点左右，犯罪嫌疑人找到正在值班的杨文医生，双方交流了几分钟，尖刀就扎向了杨文医生的颈部。
  专家：杨文医生治疗过程规范，方案合理
  究竟杨文医生对患者的诊断和治疗存不存在失误呢？记者在医院了解到，在对患者进一步治疗中，专家看了病历，调取了检查结果，查看了患者实际病情。结果显示，杨文医生和同事的治疗，过程规范，方案合理，患者的情况较入院有了一定好转。病历中曾经好几处记载家属多次拒绝检查和治疗，造成诊断治疗过程很困难。
  医生介绍，杨文医生遇害后，患者家属没有表现出任何愧疚，没有任何道歉的话。但是医务人员仍然尽心尽力地为患者治疗。就在医生准备再请专家进一步治疗的时候，患者家属自行签字离开了医院。
  当记者问这位医生，杨文医生是一个怎样的人时。医生情绪有些激动地说：“这个事我可以斩钉截铁地说，杨文大夫是很好的大夫，所有患者都对她绝对好评，她这个人是很温和的，她不喜欢跟别人吵架。”
  国家卫健委再回应北京民航总医院伤医事件
  十三届全国人大常委会第十五次会议今天（28日）上午表决通过了基本医疗卫生与健康促进法。在全国人大常委会办公厅举行的新闻发布会上，国家卫生健康委员会法规司司长赵宁表示，作为这部法律立法工作的参与者，本来应该高兴，但在法律审议的过程中发生了北京民航总医院暴力伤医事件，非常痛心，也非常愤怒。这个事件不是所谓的医疗纠纷问题，是一个非常严重的刑事犯罪。
  我们国家卫生健康委对任何形式的伤医事件是零容忍，这是我们一贯的态度。就这部法来说，有很多的地方从法律的角度阐明了国家对医务人员的保护，比如，明确规定了“医疗卫生人员的人身安全、人格尊严不受侵犯”“全社会应当关心、尊重医疗卫生人员”，还特别规定了医疗卫生机构执业场所是公共场所。各级政府、相关部门、全社会都要维护公共场所的秩序，不单单依靠医院自身。
  民航总医院收到大量鲜花和卡片，表示哀悼
  12月27日下午，民航总医院举行了杨文医师追思会。昔日的同事唏嘘不已，是哀痛、是不舍、更是悲愤。

  事发后，医院及官方机构立即作出回应，众多网络大V及媒体表达对该事件的态度，也有大V提出质疑和建议。
  民航总医院及官方机构强烈谴责暴力伤医行为：
  25日，民航总医院官方回应：
  医院全体医务人员对杨文医师去世表示沉痛哀悼，对不法分子的残暴行为表示强烈谴责，并配合公安部门依法严惩凶手。
  中国医师协会发布声明：
  敬畏生命、救死扶伤、甘于奉献、大爱无疆是医师执业精神的写照，医师在呵护众人生命健康的同时，谁来保障医师在执业过程中不受伤害，这点要求本不应成为问题，却一再发生惨案，这是为什么？
  我们多么希望中国医师协会能有一张安全的网罩在每一位医护人员身上，防止他们受到伤害。我们的社会不也应该构建这样一张网来保护医护人员的执业安全吗？
  对于伤医我们已出离愤怒，强烈谴责暴行的发生，对杨文医师的不幸离世表达深切地哀悼，对家属表示慰问。
  26日，国家卫健委宣传司新闻网络处副处长成义表示：
  逝者杨文医生对待患者态度和蔼，非常耐心，我们获知消息后，心情非常沉痛，更是特别愤怒。杨文医生是一位优秀的医生，是工作中的骨干，是家庭的支撑。这种伤害医生的，严重的刑事犯罪行为，必将受到法律严惩，这是国家卫健委一贯的态度。
  网传杨文医生曾经的患者在微博上回忆自己此前的就诊经历：
  那天急诊很多一氧化碳中毒患者，急诊科特别忙，走廊里总是在喊：“杨大夫您过来看一下！”。
  为什么我会对她印象这么深刻呢？到了我看诊的时候，我看到面前这个像我妈妈年纪的大夫，在三月的还很冷的晚上满头是汗，戴着口罩，声音特别温柔的对我问诊。
  总是看夜间急诊的我真的第一次见到这么温柔的急诊科大夫。
  看诊的时候，还是不断有护士和电话来找杨文大夫说那些一氧化碳中毒患者的事情，她声音温柔态度是那么好有条有理的去安排和处理。
  从晚上到凌晨，她就一直精神饱满的在那里，温柔的对待每一个患者。
  她本人没有公示照片里那么丰腴，本人甚至还有点瘦。
  我很难想象这样一个温柔的医生，为什么会遭受这样的无妄之灾。
  每次暴力伤医事件发生后，网上总有一部分人持“受害者有罪论”的观点，认为很多医生态度不好，致使患者家属作出过激行为。从官方表达及患者的描述中可以看出，杨文医生对待患者很温柔。
  不少知名大V对此事表达愤怒，针对部分网友指责医生的态度，他们也进行反驳：
  孙宏涛医生：
  杨文医生遇刺的视频中可以清楚的看到凶手手里的刀有多大，多长！这百分百属于管制刀具。这绝对是故意杀人，而且是不杀死对方绝不罢休的那种。
  皮肤科医生林小清：
  我可以因为被传染疾病而死，但是我不接受被砍死。
  可以被累死，但绝对不是被杀死。
  医生与患者的关系是战友关系，真正的敌人是疾病！
  医生与患者的关系不是敌对的！
  没有哪个人可以随意剥脱他人生命，即使是一个十恶不赦的人，也是需要法律来惩罚！
  游医生指北：
  行医一生，还干的是急诊这种又脏又累的专业，杨文医生最后却落得这样一个结局。怎能不让人寒心。
  四包包包包：
  某些人扯什么医疗体系啊！？这就是故意杀人！你知道有20年前看的牙齿出现问题回来杀医生的吗？你知道有让村民去体检认为X光会生病而把医生杀了的人吗？这个明显就是拿老太太当筹码讹钱，失败了恼羞成怒下杀手！
  即便如此，依然有医生表示，自己还是会坚持行医之路。各个医护人员在表达愤怒和寒心过后，依旧在各自的岗位上恪尽职守，各家医院照常运转。
  李少雷医生：
  很多时候遇到医疗困惑，我们都喜欢自保，比如杀医事件频出，医疗纠纷不可能消除。但看病这条路上，还是需要无怨无悔的走着，如果没有确凿的证据证明自己是错的，那就勇敢的走下去，不作为是可耻的。
  “生老病死”本就是常人不可避免的经历，即便医学再发达，也无力回天。有大V认为，家属对此没有正确的认知：
  爱吃蛋挞的郭医生：
  一个医生的一生可以拯救多少条生命，你这不仅仅是伤害了杨医生一家，更是剥夺了其他人就医的权利，本可以有更多的人通过这双手得到生还，却让你全都葬送了。95岁高龄意味着全身的脏器功能已经很差，什么情况都有可能，常规的治疗手段也不是每个人都会是好转的结果，那样这个世界上就不会有人去世了。
  胡锡进：
  谁没有生病的时候，谁家父母年老了不得住院？都要靠医生护士们的医治照料啊。
  老人岁数大了，有些病情就是会越治越重。
  医学面对生命衰竭的规律也不都能打赢狙击战啊。
  公众的健康需要医生守护，杨文医生的生命无法挽回，为了保障更多医护人员的安全，媒体和大V呼吁，严惩暴力伤医者，并完善安保措施，保障医护人员们的安全：
  央视评论：
  医生为我们治病，我们也必须治一治伤医这种病。这样的恶行，简直就是丧心病狂。医者仁心，不能让医者寒心。让他们心安，这个社会的健康，才会多一份安心！
  半月谈：
  痛惜过后，对于如何呵护医者、杜绝暴行，仍旧值得我们反思。一方面，作为执业场所，医院应把好安全关，完善监控和安保等相关措施；另一方面，应完善对医生执业的保护机制，加大执法力度，严惩伤医恶行。全社会应携手搭建医生执业安全网，让守护公众健康的他们，也得到切实的保护！
  不能让个别人的暴力行为抹黑当前医患关系持续改善的事实，更不能允许暴力伤医、医闹等不法行为假借医患矛盾的理由逃脱或减轻惩罚，纵容这些行为就是对全社会犯罪，必须零容忍！

  针对此次事件，有大V对医院的管理流程提出质疑。暴力伤医事件时有发生，为避免更多“杨文医生”出现，有大V对事件的后续处理工作及未来的管理改进提出建议：

  这位95岁的老年患者到底所患何病，是急诊抢救病人，还是急诊留观病人，还是急诊病房病人，截止事发之时，已经在急诊滞留多久？
  相关专科有没有严格执行医疗核心制度？没有收住进专科病房的原因是什么？有没有人为将矛盾集中在急诊一线的情况存在？
  网络传言，家属因为对治疗效果不佳而多次投诉，乃至威胁扬言让杀害医务人员，是否属实？
  院方对家属的多次投诉和或极端言行有没有引起重视并做出应对方案？
  对于这种已经逐渐显现的矛盾，医务科是否已提前了解，保卫科是否已经有所估计？
  事发之时，一线医务人员为何会直接暴露在凶手面前？安保人员何在？警务人员何在？
  在杨医生牺牲的场所，有没有24小时安全监控？有没有一键报警设置？
  白衣山猫：
  任何辱骂或者威胁工作中的医护人员，都会威胁到就诊的患者的生命安全，更不用说攻击医护人员了。
  世界大部分国家和地区，包括战乱中的伊拉克，包括中国台湾省，只要有人辱骂威胁工作中的医护人员，都会被抓而被判刑坐牢，而攻击医护人员，不论医护人员受伤程度，均为公诉案件，不能和解，攻击者要判刑入狱，不得判缓刑。
  今天，一段关于该事件的前因后果在网上流传，从网传的截图看，这段话的作者声称是杨文医生的同事。
  
  
  
  微信公众号“医殇”发文提出建议：
  1.医院在发生重大事件的时候，考虑心理医师的介入。
  2.建议北京市卫健委协调这个特殊患者的转院事宜。如果证实该老人家属都是如文中所说的那种家属，我认为转院后警方人员陪同看病等特殊待遇应该予以考虑。
  从被曝光的视频来看，凶手站在医师身后进行了约数分钟的谈话后，趁着医师不注意在身后掏出刀子行凶。现场治疗吧台前面的有数张床位，这阻挡了正常的医患沟通的途径。
  建议该医院在吧台外侧清理出便于医患沟通的一个正常的环境。医护人员亦当检视自身的诊疗环境是否是将自己的后背留给了陌生人。医院管理者可以从视频中反思下，自己医院里的就诊环境是否安全的事。
