Commentary: Chen Show Mao deserves to be a Minister
In his post-election press conference, PM Lee called for a time of healing, and to move forward not just for the parties, but for all Singaporeans.
Therefore the Prime Ministers should make good his words, and use such talent for the good of the country, regardless of his political affiliation. If PM Lee really wants a stronger and united Singapore, he should embrace bipartisanship, and appoint Chen Show Mao to his cabinet. Chen deserves it, and so does Singapore.

Commentary: Chen Show Mao deserves to be a Minister
In his post-election press conference, PM Lee called for a time of healing, and to move forward not just for the parties, but for all Singaporeans.
"The political contest goes on in every country in one form or another. But in Singapore, we must make sure it's harnessed for the good to make Singapore stronger and never to divide us. We are all fellow Singaporeans, so at the end of the General Election, let us close ranks to secure our future together," - PM Lee [link]
The ruling party has always bemoaned that it has difficulty attracting talents into the Singapore government. Since talents are hard to come by, the government should harness them, whether they are from within the ruling party, or outside of it. Singapore may have lost a good minister George Yeo, but we have gained a ministerial potential Chen Show Mao, who is equal (if not better) than George. Chen Show Mao is a talent that Singapore needs and his sterling credentials needs no hard convincing. [link] Looking at his resume, one cannot help but feel that some current PAP ministers can't even hold a candle to him.
