So the story goes: for reasons only known to himself Ho Chi Minh native Ngo Nhu Minh called time on his estimable tenure as head chef with Macau's Wynn Palace, thereupon odysseying some 1,600 miles to Singapore to consecrate his very first namesake stall in a pullulating coffee shop at Bukit Batok East Avenue 3 last May. Two more eventuated soon after, at Ang Mo Kio and Hougang - the latter which we went a-sniffin' on this occasion.
Besides an obvious potpourri of pho-centric items being put out, Chef Minh also makes available varied vermicelli/rice dishes, Vietnamese rolls, Bánh Mì amidst others. All three outlets operate daily from 10am-9pm.
