Eligibility
1. What is the NETS ‘ASK & WIN’ promotion?
• In appreciation of merchants’ continuous support to NETS and to coincide with the ‘NETS Singapore’s Favourite Promotion’ island-wide promotion, NETS will be conducting an exciting merchant lucky draw. 61 lucky merchants stand to win $2,500* each (Program Period: 7th May 09 – 7th Jul 09).
2. How does the promotion work?
• During the qualifying period, One (1) lucky draw chance will be awarded to NETS merchant for every NETS transaction(s) accepted at their establishment(s).
3. Is the promotion open to all NETS merchants?
• No. The promotion is open to all
invited NETS merchants.
4. Are there any lucky draw forms required?
• No.
5. What are the qualifying criteria for the lucky draw?
• Merchant is eligible when their customer performs NETS transaction(s) at their outlet(s).
• The purchase transaction cannot be reversed or made void.
6. Which types of transaction are included in this lucky draw?
Merchants who accept the following NETS payment modes from NETS users will be eligible for the Prizes:
• Bank Cards that are accepted for payment at NETS terminals ("Bank Card"). The Bank Card must be issued by DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB or SCB.
• NETS CashCard
The following transactions will be excluded from the lucky draw:
• EzyLink top-up
• Non-retail NETS CashCard spending e.g. ERP, Car Park, etc
7. How long is the merchant promotion period (ASK & WIN)?
• The promotion starts on 7th May 2009 and ends on 7th July 2009.

8. What are the prizes*?
There is a total of 1 draw for a total of 61 winners.

* The prizes are in the form of vouchers (a combination of retail, grocery and F&B vouchers). NETS reserves the rights to issue and/or amend the combination and type of vouchers.
9. Are the prizes transferable or can they be exchanged?
• No.
10. Can I win more than one prize?
• Merchants are entitled to the Lucky Draw when there is a minimum of one NETS transaction done at their outlet(s) within the qualifying lucky draw period.
• The lucky draw is open to all invited NETS merchants throughout the promotion period.
11. How do I collect my prize?
• You will be notified by phone. All winners must be contactable within 3 call attempts for NETS to obtain their full particulars. In the event that NETS is unable to contact the winner within this period, NETS will choose another winner. The results of the draw will be announced on the Website after the draw. NETS' decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• There will be a prize presentation organized by NETS. Winners have to produce their NRIC at NETS’ office during the prize presentation session to collect their prize redemption letters.

12. How does NETS conduct the draw without lucky draw forms?
• After the end of the qualifying period, the winners would be selected from the pool of merchants island-wide, accepting the NETS cards based on the number of transactions. NETS will do an electronic draw based on the transactions made at a merchant outlet level.
