Singaporean service sucks. Period. Whether it's Chinese, Malay or Indian service personnel.

The only exception here is the Filipinos - they have a smile on their face always, speak English well, and are ridiculously patient with event the most kuailan customers. Some FTs are indeed superior to Sinkies.
