Anyone knows who is the FL and the customer interviewed in the show?

I was thinking that even though her face was pixalled out, she would have probably attracted attention of those TCS staff. So now more TCS staff knows what she does. In this case how can her identity be protected?

As for the guy...no problem la cos he feels like hero.
