Peter Tan is a very arrogant and cocky fellow, just a poly grad who went for some upgrading courses and struck gold when building construction boomed. He thinks he is a Minister in paliament when he opens his mouth , although a little resemblance to Mr.Seng han Thong, he is in no way as sincere and kind in character. Only motive is to make more monies by holding on to contracts like Pandan Valley where he got a very good deal.
Paid more than $5000 a month in managing fee but all staff salaries including condo manager's ( although supplied by him ) . In total Pandan valley overspent in their expenses for managing the premise. Get any other property management company , PV would have saved alot in expenses.
Now PV is run like Peter Tan's own kingdom , his lieutenants in Security , Admin , management are all his feelers who work closely to please the "Queen" Chair lady Annie Tok .They will tell her what she wants to hear and please her to make her feel like the Queen of PV. That housefly got swell headed , she and her husband strut around the estate thinking it's their own palace . Nobody dare to go against them , by right Chambers Property should have been ousted long ago , they have been ruling PV for a long long time . Familiarity breeds contempt .....if they ..Peter Tan , Lawrence Chen and Annie Tok continue to run PV , it can only be worst not better.
