Nope, if HK come under CCP full control, HK will only relegate to just another province in CCP China and will not be better than Shanghai. Reason why HK able to become financial hub is because of UK laws and transparency. Without those and replaced by CCP's corruptions and no respect for laws will only become a fishing village.
