at the rate prices are rsing these days,..are more and more locally-borned singaporeans moving out to lower-cost countries ?

of course lah..my japanese colleague told me that his house in tokyo cost him USD500k but engineer's salary in japan is SGD $8-9k per month..

down here engineer salary $3k but houses also 500k?
