Can please show the link between PM Lee big mouth and death of Miss Lo Hwei Yen?

When did PM Lee show support to the indian govt in the event of terrorists attack in mumbai? Please show what PM Lee had said and when did he say it which might cause the death of Miss Lo.

All I see was a mail message PM Lee sent to the Indian govt showing support to the Indian govt while Ms Lo was captured and hold hostage. But people here in this forum are saying PM Lee directly or indirectly cause the death of Ms Lo.

Although I hate the PAP, I still wanna see wats the link between PM Lee and Ms Lo death. Did PM Lee go on mass media and show support to the indian govt publicly, while Ms Lo had been held hostage? Did he? I wanna see what did he say. That kind of thing. But I cant find it.
