I am living on the 20th floor of a HDB flat.
I have had enough of idiots above me throwing all sorts of rubbish like soiled tissue paper, soiled cotton buds, cigarette butts, phone covers, plastic bags etc.
I have complained to NEA and the Town Council. All they do is to paste some notices on the ground floor block noticeboard warning residents that high rise littering an offence. The problem still persists.
My downstairs neighbours had made the same complaints too and nothing has been done to catch the culprit or culprits. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY INEFFECTIVE, INEFFICIENT AND INEPT.
I am contemplating installing a CCTV pointing upstairs from my aircon ledge to catch the culprit or culprits.
Is it illegal or against any HDB rules or any laws in Singapore?
