"This happened on Nov 2, at 1.08pm at Arab Street.
"My car was parked legally in the URA car lot along Arab Street, in the direction towards North Bridge Road. My back was facing Beach Road.
"I was still in the car, suddenly I heard a 'bang' on my car. I saw an old lady driving a car and had hit my car.
"I horned for her to stopped, but she tried to drive away. As the road was then bottled-neck in the forward directions, she drove across the road of the other cars approaching her, almost hitting other cars, in their right way, all horning her away and finally landed on a double yellow line and left turning right lane in the opposite direction.
"I came out of my car and ran after her when she had stopped and parked. She refused to acknowledge and again tried to reverse and drive off again, almost hitting me. I went to her front of the car by the left side and stopped her from leaving.
"She refused to come out of the car and said she has not done anything wrong. She parked her car there almost 50 mins, causing congestion to traffic that are ongoing against her. I told her to wind down her windows and told her that she had hit my car which she refuted.
"Then she started to call her 'BOSS' to come to her rescue. Then she remained in the car and said, her BOSS will come and deal with me.
"I was very agitated as I was the one who was hit, and she attempted to run away, shrugging away her responsibilities. She remained in the car and refused to leave, while making calls. Cars piled up, congesting the 2-way Arab Street.
"I had no choice but to go back to my car and check if my car camera was working. About 10 minutes later, she alighted from her car, and started to call for back-up again and hang around my car. I was so frightened that I did not want to leave my car.
"Then a tall, big sized man arrived and appeared and claimed that he is 'her BOSS, and asked how I wanted to settle?'
"I was stupid to have replied him (he was not a passenger but someone who she had called to come) and said that it was her who hit me, I horned her, and she attempted to run away, which in doing so she drove against the traffic of oncoming cars, parked on yellow lines and turning lane, having no more road to go as it was traffic bottleneck.
"He then argued, that the old lady was deaf, she cannot hear my horn. 'But how come she can make a phone call?' I asked.
"Then he accused me of bullying an old lady on the road. The man got aggressive, walked around my car and asked me to call Traffic police, LTA or police or report to car insurance, because they can pay.
"Refusing to give me any details of his 'sister's' driving particulars, licence etc, he then challenged me to call the police or report to her insurance company and refused settlement on the spot. He also claimed they are rich and are not afraid of the law, so challenged me to go ahead and call.
"I made 3 calls to police 999, LTA (reported the car number) as well as to the traffic police, waited in the car about 40 over mins, but no one turned up. Then the Traffic Police, who I called again, advised me over the telephone to leave the scene and lodge a police report accordingly.
"But the duo, kept coming back and forth and around and take pictures of my car and me and walked around my car, threatening to sue me. I am surprised there are such road bullies in Singapore. Hitting my car and refused to admit blame, yet harassing and intimidating me.
"Little did they know, my car camera had captured their actions.
"I have made a police report over this woman's dangerous driving over the following incident and have appealed to the police to summon the duo, be brought to justice and not be spared from caning.
"She drove against the traffic, against oncoming cars, parked against the traffic, parked on a double yellow line and parked at a turning right lane (see arrow on the road).
"I hope the authorities will take action immediately against this woman, who drives and endangers others, as her BOSS, claims she is deaf. What if she is deaf, and someone is killed due to her dangerous driving?
"I am awaiting the police to investigate. I have some pedestrian witnesses, one who was shopping around there, in front of that parked NISSAN CAR, saw the commotion and her
dangerous driving."
