食飯可以免費加餸當然開心，但望真啲，原來是老鼠就真係要喊出來！有網民在社交網站群組「巴打絲打 Facebook Club」貼文，指於昨日(22日)下午1時，在牛頭角樂華商場大家樂午膳時，見到她前一張檯的大媽突然驚嚇大叫，原來天降一隻肥老鼠直墮入大媽的飯碗内。
從網友貼相中清晰可見，一隻肥老鼠置於飯碗中，老鼠疑已死掉沒有動靜，而碗中的飯已食了一大半。發文的網民形容：「個大嬸超大聲叫~~~個女經理好快走出嚟，但都比(畀)我打完卡先拎走。」
貼文一出旋即引起網民嘩然，有網民譏諷指天降飛鼠是「神秘禮物」；亦有人指「所有大家樂都咁污糟邋遢」；有人更建議「去食環告佢」。
大家樂回覆查詢時表示，集團對事件極為關注，已立即向有關分店了解。據悉，近日有關商場正進行防治蟲鼠工作。就是次個案，集團已即時棄置涉事餐具及進行消毒，並與商場管理處及防蟲公司商討進一步加強防禦措施。
大家樂強調，集團有嚴謹的措施與指引，以確保所有分店的衞生都達到集團的標準；每分店亦有聘請專業承辦商，於鼠患常出沒的高危位置放置滅鼠物品及設施作防禦，並每月定期檢查鼠患情況，作防蟲滅蟲工作。
