full of defects and shoddy work. fake exhaust vent in kitchen doesn't have outlet plumbing (very common in tiong construction), pipes under sink are flexible pvc (won't last for 6.9 weeks of daily use), plumbing joints and end points not properly sealed, rusty windows (potential hazard for pedestrians below), leaky seams in walls and floor. etc. forget about 99-year lease in mudlaysia or even a prc standard 69-year lease anywhere in china. condo will not last 6.9 years.

The prices are double for equivalent malaysian developed properties.but overseas buyers still purchase it.its not sold to locals. 3 in KL alone.all for PRC.RM2k psf. Next to a completed locally developed one less than half the price.
