Bus takes 25 min to arrive during morning peak
STOMPer tan says he had to wait 25 minutes for bus service 229 during morning peak hours and feels this is unacceptable. He says:
"I work at Boon Lay, and I live at Chai Chee.
"I used to take bus 222 to the MRT station.
"As bus 222 is usually full (of students) and I have to wait for quite some time, I was advised to walk about 200 to 300m to wait for bus 229 which takes one stop to Bedok station.
"This morning, I waited for 25 minutes before two buses arrived at the same time.
"I boarded the first bus which is slightly more than half full.
"Think SBS has to improve its shuttle bus services especially in the morning.
"I don't mind getting home late.
"However, we need to get to office on time in the mornings. 25 minutes is just too long."
