Breaking News from PAP: To be a talent pay $70 will do!!!

If after that foreign workers still fail their oral and understanding of basic english test. Never mind retake until they are certified skilled talented worker - for only a mere $70!!!! MOE shouldn't have waste billions of dollars on education if $70 can make Singapore a talent hub.

All these years PAP has been crying foul that Singapore does no have talented Singaporeans even though many have paid tens of thousands of dollar to MOE since kindergarten right up to university education. Some even went ahead to do MBA but that is not enough to be called a talent.

However now we understand PAP definition of talent by mean of foreigner who paid $70 just to learn basic english is sufficient to compete with Singaporeans for service jobs. Once you passed the test you are called "SKILLED" LABOUR, no need to study 20 years like Singaoporeans, and Foreign worker levy will than be downed from $240 to a substantial $150 to encourage employers to bring in more cheap "talented" foreigners.

Whereas university graduates, as what Halima has predicated, can only go drive taxi and many have suffered underemployment for that matter. Thanks to PAP SWISS STANDARD OF LIVING (for themselves) and brought Singapore to what it is today - Singaporeans 2nd class, foreigner first class.

Remember to show PAP who is 1st class at the ballot boxes.
