Hot on the heels of Higgs-Boson discovery, rumours are rife along the science hub corridors of the tiny island state of Singapore that an announcement is imminent about the discovery of the mysterious Deli-Philip enzyme. The somewhat authoritarian country is notoriously renown for its opacity when it comes to statistics is however known to make a mountain of a molehill when rare achievements are made in the field of science. The international scientific community are aware that Singapore has sunk in millions to determine the existence of this crucial enzyme which is holds the key to longevity.
Prominent citizen and supporter of the ruling party Lionel de Souza states " its common knowledge that Singaporeans are keen to see the founding father of the country continue to guide the country. Money has been poured and every cent is worth it". "He turned a fishing village into a 1st world city".This enzyme will ensure that he is with us for another 30 years."
The enzyme is named after the founder of A* Philip Yeo who famously paired the current PM and the son of the founding father with his second wife built the institution from scratch. To date its fame is due to the fact that one of its scholars walked naked around Holland Village with her Swedish boyfriend. Philip also holds the distinction of purchasing the Deli-france cafe franchise as part of Sembawang Engineering forward strategy.
