For the past two and half years, the ruse of FT policy has naturalised many PRs as singaporeans, so they can vote thus.

Naturalised citizens are new citizens and they are compulsory to vote when there are elections.
These new citizens are well loved by PAP, and posh ceremony is usually held by PAP MPs at respective zone or constituency to give out new ICs on the platter to these new aliens so they feel sanctified to be singaporeans and made possible by PAP.
In other words, issuing new citizenship is also politicised by PAP to win votes and sure, these economic refugees will support PAP, no doubt about it.

Majority naturalised citizens do not serve NS as they are first- generation PRs, they are here for good economy and so-called safe environment.
Are we that safe ? Try to let your 5 -year old daughter wait for school bus alone at the void deck, you or your wife dares ??? Must be a joke right??
But they are allowed to vote !

Local boys serving the NS not allowed to vote but allowed to kill when there is war.
And during war, these local boys are pushed to the front to die and protect the familee while gurkas guard the familee houses to prevent a mutiny.

New citizens should have a window period of stay before they can vote. let say 5 to 10 years before they vote.

Erections dept should reveal the number of new -citizen voters for the next GE, becos these people are PAP supporters and it is of course very downright unfair to call erections using these new aliens to win.

New citizens should live in singapore for at least 5 to 10 years after the issue of citizenship before they can vote.

Is our law practising the window period for the new citizens already ? Erections dept better work fairere for people and not for monkeys.

That's why you do not need rocket science to deduce the reason as to why so many qualified and educated foreigners are "encouraged" to work and settle here as citizens and PRs.
