Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is expected to resign within a matter of days amid public outcry within his country over his liberal politics.

Sources familiar with the prime minister's plans told The Globe and Mail that Trudeau may announce as early as Monday that he will resign as the Liberal Party leader.
