It was a wedding of one airforce officer, so the CO & pilots etc returned to the base drunk after wedding dinner, and they fucking couldn't produce their camp pass to enter the camp.

According to security standing orders, when personnels came without their security camp pass, only their own unit's superior can come to guardhouse to identify their men and bring them into the base.
Then the one without his fucking pass said, yes I am the fucking CO of the unit, & he smells like a drunk!
The MPs insisted to follow procedure, to have the fucking airforce operation commands big bosses come to base to identify the CO & drunk pilots. That was like past 2300hr.
MPs got fucked upside down by the CO and pilots roaring at them! PULL-RANKS

空軍清泉崗基地日前發生飲酒飛官要進入營區，被衛哨憲兵擋下，飛官卻對小兵咆哮的事件，國防部長高華柱頒發獎金，表揚小兵盡忠職守的表現，空軍則表示，當時在場的最高階指揮官受到酒精影響「失常」，沒有盡到應盡責任，空軍會加以檢討（繆宇綸報導）
針對這件小兵力抗飛官的軍紀事件，空軍司令雷玉其表示，當天參加喜宴，負責開車的人沒有喝酒，這一點是空軍一直嚴格要求的。在進入營區時，有兩人沒有攜帶通行證，依規定必須由單位主官出面確認當事人身分，才能把沒帶通行證的人帶進營區，當時在場的最高階指揮官，就是28作戰隊長在處置時，並沒有盡到應盡的責任『也就是說，他沒有做適當的處置，再加上一點點酒精的作用，可能情況是有失常的......當時憲兵按照程序處置的時候，隊長在現場說「我是這單位的主官」，由於是隊員的喜宴，隊長也喝了一點酒，身上有點酒味，憲兵同仁跟隊長說「隊長，你喝了酒了，所以必須由你的主官來回來（帶人）」。因為當時已經是晚上11點05分，所以由在場的人打電話到作指中心（作戰指揮中心），跟作指中心報備確認之後，讓隊長一行人員進入營區......』
雷玉其強調，空軍對負責基地警衛安全的憲兵，能夠秉持職責堅守崗位，負責維護基地安全表示感謝，對部分主官主管未能切實遵守官箴，也會加以檢討。
