板橋地檢署昨凌晨聲押永和國中校長侯全利等5名校長獲准，涉案校長已觸違背職務收賄、洩密、圖利等重罪，最重可判無期徒刑，併科1億元以下罰金。檢調追查還發現，業者行賄校長後，在食材上濫竽充數，辦案人員曾發現某校疑似食物不潔造成師生上吐下瀉，卻被校方封鎖消息，將一併追查。
候用校長不足
諷刺的是，弊案爆發後，一名在板橋院檢任職的家長笑說，小孩最近回家都說：「學校飯菜多到吃不完！」
新北市教育局至昨掌握進度是22名校長涉案，局長林騰蛟指出，教育局已指派候用校長代理校務，目前新北市候用校長名額僅剩10人，若候用校長人力不足，將考慮由教育局督學或行政人員，甚至他校主任代理校長。

新北市副市長侯友宜強調，市府曾向檢調舉發，「未來將採聯合招標或局本部採購的作法防堵，並增加評審委員及專家把關，不讓校長有壟斷權力。」
