Brain cancer patient said she bursts out crying when doc told her she’ll never qualify for clinical trial or stop anti seizure med and left 11 years

Said her only option is chemo and radiation (she already have surgery done). And doctor told her chemo and radiation will take up one year of that 11 years.

And her doctor said she will never qualify for clinical trial because her tumor specific type was not identifiable and thus won’t meet requirement of clinical trial with specific tumor type requirement.

She was on inhibitor medication but was told by doctor that’s not an option only chemo radiation eventually but radiation will damage the brain and anti seizure medication will decrease brain cognitive function. Life is no option and so tough for some unfortunate people indeed.

Basically her brain will be fried and fed with toxic chemicals just to get rid of the problematic areas.
