Oh no, hope the boy is okay. No facts but being the one who is in control of a more dangerous equipment should look out more for potential hazards
Driver going for a quickie at Geylang. Late for appointment already. Thought people will stop when they see his car. 9 years old also late for appointment rushed to cross the road thinking car should stop to give way to him.
